With our medical devices stem cells can be isolated from various tissues and used for autologous regenerative therapies in orthopaedics, aesthetics, gastroenterology, cardiology, stomatology, dermatology and many other fields.
ChondroArt MSC kit
ChondroArt MSC kit is a “centrifuge free” system for isolation and concentration of mesenchymal stem cells from bone marrow. Bone marrow aspirate is processed within closed system without the use of any additional equipment. The isolation of stem cells is achieved with special column that ensures an efficient removal of red blood cells. In the next step the cell suspension is concentrated to a custom volume using special device. The isolation procedure takes around 30 minutes and could be performed intraoperatievly at the point of care.
The isolated stem cells could be used for treatment of deep chondral and osteochondral lesions. The suspension of cells is applied to special osteochondral material and implanted to a cleaned lesion with clear borders.
The AdipoArt kits are intended for efficient and affordable isolation of stromal vascular fraction (SVF) from adipose tissue lipoaspirates. The versatile design enables operator to choose between mechanical digestion of adipose tissue or additional use of GMP-grade enzyme to maximize the yield of SVF. The processing time varies from 30 minutes for mechanical digestion and up to 70 minutes for enzymatic digestion. The kits do not require use of any specialized equipment except for standard bench top centrifuge. The environment for enzymatic digestion is achieved at the point of care without any additional equipment. The procedure is easy to perform and uses materials which medical personnel is used to. There are several different AdipoArt kits designed for specific indications.
AdipoArt A: Rejuvenation of fine wrinkles
The kit is specifically designed for processing smaller volumes of lipoaspirates needed for rejuvenation of fine wrinkles. The kit includes additional filter for removal of any residual adipose tissue from final cell suspension. Only the cell suspension is than applied to the treated site.
AdipoArt B: Breast augmentation
The kit is specifically designed for processing larger volumes of lipoaspirates needed for breast augmentation. The kit includes all necessary accessories for final preparation of SVF enriched adipose tissue graft. The isolated cells are mixed with the adipose tissue and used as an autologous graft. Breast augmentation is conventionally performed by lipotransfer (the method of transferring the adipose tissue from one part of the body to the other part) which is resorbed by the body in up to 70 %. With the addition of cells the resorption of transferred adipose tissue is reduced, followed by better patient satisfaction.
AdipoArt D: Rejuvenation of deep wrinkles
The kit is specifically designed for processing smaller volumes of lipoaspirates needed for rejuvenation of deep wrinkles. The kit includes all necessary accessories for final preparation of SVF enriched adipose tissue graft. The isolated cells are mixed together with small volume of unprocessed adipose tissue and used as a filler to reduce deep wrinkles. The added cells enable better graft retention and provide a long-term improvement.
AdipoArt O: Treatment of osteoarthritis or joint inflammation
The kit is specifically designed for processing larger volumes of lipoaspirates which ensures high cell numbers for treatment of orthopaedic indications. The kit includes additional filter for removal of any residual adipose tissue from final cell suspension to achieve maximum safety of the treatment. The pure cell suspension is injected into the treated joint where the stem cells reduce inflammation and enable regeneration of injured tissues.
The tooth extraction sometimes leaves big bone lesion and are related to longer healing process. Our method uses small volume of adipose tissue from which we isolate a mixture of stem cells, somatic cells, growth factors and other signaling molecules. From a small volume of peripheral blood from platelet rich plasma (PRP) is isolated. Both parts are mixed together with special method and a solid gel is obtained The construct is then implanted into the lesion and covered with a special cage. The treatment improves bone regeneration and enables the mature bone to be formed in 3 months.
