After graduation in microbiology at the Biotechnical Faculty of the University of Ljubljana she continued to work in the laboratory of the Chair of Molecular Genetics and Biology of Microorganisms at the same faculty. At The Department of Sanitary Microbiology, Institute of Public Health of RS,
she completed her traineeship with the
state qualifying examination for health care workers.
In August 2011 she joined Educell Ltd. as a cell laboratory technologist for the preparation of the cell products ChondroArtTM and UroArtTM.
