She graduated in microbiology at University of Ljubljana, Biotechnical Faculty. She gained laboratory experience during her study and later as a trainee at The Department of Sanitary Microbiology, Institute of Public Health of RS.
In a year 2007 she started as an assistant researcher in Educell d.o.o., where she cooperated in projects in the field of cartilage and bone tissue engineering. Since 2009 she is a head of production of cell products ChondroArtTM and UroArtTM.
