In 2006, we introduced the ISO 9001 certificate for the production area of cell and tissue based products for regeneration and repair of damaged and dysfunctional tissues, and also for research and development in the field of tissue engineering.
In November 2008 Educell was authorised as the first Tissue Establishment in Slovenia. The Agency for Medicinal Products and Medical Devices of the Republic of Slovenia has verified that all the activities of processing, conservation, storing and distribution of human tissues and cells intended for treatment, comply with Slovenian and EU legislation in the fields of quality and safety of human tissues and cells. Quality and safety of our products are Educell’s permanent and prime principle. Educell enables treatment of Slovenian patients with human cell and tissue based products of assured highest quality and safety.
