The Molecular-Biological Laboratory routinely performs PCR and real-time PCR tests for evaluation of process quality in terms of sterility and cellular phenotype. Apirogenicity of process is evaluated by LAL chromogenic method. Percentages of viable and apoptotic cells are determined by flow cytometry. Different biochemical methods for evaluation of specific matrix protein synthesis are used.
The tissue establishment Educell can also organize import/export of human tissue and cells intended for treatments.
